Drop in a track and TriggerWave builds the picture from the sound itself — a synthesized visual that pulses, splits and strobes on every beat. It runs entirely in your browser; your audio never leaves your device.
What it does
TriggerWave is an audio-input effect: there's no source photo or video — it synthesizes the entire frame from your music's spectrum and modulates it with live beat detection. Upload an audio file (or use the mic), pick one of five scenes — Portal ring, Spectrum bars, Radial Burst, Starfield warp or Tunnel — and the visual is drawn straight from the FFT. An adaptive detector compares per-band energy (bass, mid, high or full) against a rolling average plus onset flux, so it locks onto real beats instead of just loud moments. A built-in HUD shows the estimated BPM, detection confidence and live band meters, and you can tune sensitivity, threshold, cooldown and decay to dial in exactly how tight or loose the triggering feels.
Every beat fires a bank of reactive effects you toggle on or off: glitch block-displacement, RGB chromatic split, pixelate/mosaic, scrolling scanlines, shake/zoom pump, invert/strobe flash and noise grain — with optional Band Routing so bass drives the shake and glitch, mids drive the RGB split, and highs drive scanlines and grain. Add kick-triggered particle bursts, trails/feedback, rotation and mirroring, then color it in Mono, Inverted, RGB, a custom hue or one of six drifting palettes (Ice, Fire, Acid, Vapor, Sunset).
